I am trying to figure how to use GTK+ libraries with OpenWatcom.
I downloaded GTK+ and it created a "msys32" folder with lots of subdirectories.

Anyone had success in using GTK+?
I found an old topic on this but unfortunately it has broken links.

I've never tried, but the GTK+ website appears to have a rather
linux-oriented explanation of how to install "mysys32" and make sure
it is up-to-date and several tutorials.
