"Add Source File" dialogue not displaying the buttons properly

Hi,
Has anybody has this problem of not seeing the buttons in the "add source file" dialogue? When trying to add a new source file, the dialogue window has just a fixed size and I can only see the edge of the buttons that are supposed to be "Add all", "close" ,...?

I vaguely remember this, but it has been a decade or more since I used
the IDE, and I do not recall the fix.

The IDE is controlled by configuration files; refreshing them might
help.
