Maybe some of you are aware of the old days Zinc Interface Library / Zinc
Application Framework, being marketed first by Zinc, then by Windriver and
last by PSA.

Thing is that I just discovered the OpenZinc project
(http://www.psa-software.com) which took as a basis the old Zinc 4.2, and
starting to improve it.

It of course, supports Watcom C++ among other C++ compilers, but what it
suprprised me, is that it comes with prebuilt libraries for Watcom 10.0,
10.5 and 11.0, plus OpentWatcom 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8 and 1.9.

I think what you mean is the OpenZinc project http://openzinc.com/,
since the link you gave knows nothing of OpenZinc (at least, its
search engine can't find "openzinc").
